American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Houston is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Houston is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We tried the Nihari, Dum Ka Keema, and Pistachio Croissant, and let me tell you… they blew us away! 🀯πŸ”₯ Every single bite was incredible. The flavors, the creativity, and the quality were all on point. If you haven’t been yet, this is your sign! Must-try spot in Houston! ⭐️

Absolutely loved my visit! The strawberry croissant was incredibleβ€”fresh, flaky, and delicious. Paired with a coffee that truly hits like home, you couldn't ask for a better afternoon. Thank you for putting so much care into what you do!

I bought the cold chai latte for $6. The tea tasted over steep. It’s a bitter chai. Not sure if it’s from being over steeped or that’s the natural flavor. I think it was a pricey chai. Service was excellent very helpful And friendly. Kitchen is clean.
